A couple of things to keep in mind:

Shel Silverstein wrote both children's and ADULT books. The adult books are NOT suitable for children, as they contain many cartoons of mature subject matter. Viewer descretion is required when giving these books to young children.

These were scanned using a semi-automated process, yet the pages must be turned by hand. This torrent is the result of a labor-intensive process, and sometimes the computer would misalign or skew several pages. Due to time and patience constraints, I was NOT able to edit all of the alignment and border defects. However, these defects do not affect the readability of the text or drawings, and they only affect the borders.

All of these are searchable PDF files. You can use the search feature of your PDF reader to find words in poems, first lines of poems, etc. Please remember OCR is not perfect and if you cannot find something you know is there, try modifying your search to use fewer or shorter words. Handwritten text does not always OCR well.

With that said, this is still a wonderful collection of Shel Silverstein's most popular works!
